We reserve the right to repair or replace at our own discretion. We take our New Zealand mountain bike clothing for men & women seriously and our rigorous testing procedures soon show up if anything isn’t tougher than the track. Besides, we’re always kitted out in the stuff ourselves so we’d soon know if the fabric started crapping out. We also know if you got anything that wasn’t up to scratch, you’d tell everyone. So we are pretty sure of our incredible Krank Dirtwear New Zealand mountain bike clothing for men & women. But if perchance the impossible has happened and something not up to your expectations has occurred and something that does not meet Krank Dirtwear’s sky high standards of perfection has slipped through the net, send it back no worries and we’ll happily get the problem sorted... and have to fire our sweet little old aunty who sits at her sewing machine day after day making this stuff for you, I mean how bad does that make you feel? Nothing, and I mean nothing, slips past our aunty, no siree. (There must have been an impostor. Call security. And make sure there’s no mention of this on the website).
