Returns Policy
Well, like we said, we want to keep you happy, so if you have to, you can return any piece of our New Zealand mtb free ride clothing if you don’t like it, or it doesn’t fit as nicely as you want or something tragic like that. But if you send back your legendary piece of Krank Dirtwear, you can’t have worn it (other than tried it on). If it comes back to us unworn and with all the labels still intact then we’ll be happy to either swap it for another piece of our New Zealand mtb free ride clothing you might want or you can have your money back.
Did we mention the fact that when we tested our entire range of New Zealand mtb free ride clothing it outlasted some of our bikes? And when we rode it in deeply cold temperatures our bikes froze up before the gear did? And did we mention the fact that anyone who wears Krank Dirtwear becomes a better rider cos their performance is enhanced by our incredible clothing (that doesn’t mean you’re going to be a world champ but it sure beats wind drag from riding in a baggy T or setting off the nerd alert from riding in polyprops). Oh, we did already mention that did we? Sorry.
We offer free freight when dispatching our products to our international clients, if you return a product the freight is your care.
